Each day before training there will be an analysis presentation of the world’s top goal scorers and how they operate and a presentation on the science and importance behind myelin and repetition. The players will take to the field for a 2.5hr hour training session that will improve technical skill acquisition, awareness and speed of thought, explosive movements on and off the ball, how to remain deeply focused in pressure moments and how to trust your technique and become more ruthless in front of goal.
There will be a recovery session and nutrition/re fueling provided after the session
Girls will train 9-12 noon each day and Boys 1-4pm
